THE EAST LONDON OF CHIANG MAI
Possibly the most Instagram-able cafe I’ve ever been to.
We stumbled upon this little gem whilst exploring Nimmanhaemin Road in Chiang Mai. Instagram-able surroundings paired with instagram-able cake! I’ve never seen so many bloggers in one place; photographing themselves in every section of the cafe possible, as though it were their own personal studio space. It made for a great topic of conversation during our coffee break and fascinating viewing.
The area around the cafe is a really interesting place to explore, having an East London sort of vibe with local owned cafes, bars and hostels. If you love coffee and on-trend surroundings this is the place to be.
To be honest the whole of Chiang Mai has so many great photo opportunities as it has a very arty vibe.
In-keeping with the arty vibe, we spent a fun filled couple of hours walking around and interacting with the 3D paintings at Art in Paradise (400 Bhat, approx £9.31)
A very unique place, this large gallery has plenty of murals to immerse yourself into. Each piece of art has a space for you to pose and for the photographer to stand to ensure you capture the full effect of the scenery. We had so much fun flying on a paper plane over the New York skyline, walking over a waterfall on a rickety bridge, and all under one roof.
